Housekeeping / cleaning fees for less than 7 nights' stay are: $250 for the entire house, $80 for each 3 bedroom apartment, and $45 for each 1 bedroom apartment.
Entire home rental is required for Christmas/New Years/Three Kings, Presidents Week, Easter Holidays. Individual apartments may not be booked more than 90 days before arrival. Minimum age to reserve is 25 years old.
